📌 Child with bilateral congenital clubfoot initially followed abroad (Switzerland), treated at birth using the Ponseti method. Relapse at the age of 5 years, bilateral Tibialis anterior transfer (with use of anchor screws) was performed (Switzerland)

📌 He came to our observation (a,b) due to the poor effectiveness of the intervention (7 years). A complex revision procedure was performed (dr M.Lampasi, dr G. Lucchesi, OrthoChildren Center, Bologna, Italy) with excellent results (c,d)

📌 Revision surgery for tibialis anterior transfer failure is one of the most complex interventions in Pediatric Orthopedics and should be performed in experienced centers
