📌 Drop foot = inability to lift the foot while walking

📌Causes: neurological, traumatic, congenital, etc

📌 14-year-old patient with left Drop Foot due to severe trauma at the age of 11 years

📌 Surgical treatment with posterior tibial tendon transfer was performed (dr M.Lampasi, dr G. Lucchesi, OrthoChildren Center Bologna, Italy) with excellent functional recovery and recovery of active dorsiflexion
