Internal Rotation (severe femoral anteversion): minimally invasive surgery
📌 14-year-old girl, walking with severe internal rotation from severe bilateral femoral anteversion. She did not improve despite several attempts at conservative treatment and significative functional (and aesthetic) disorders were evident.
📌 Minimally invasive surgery was performed at OrthoChildren Center, Bologna (Italy) with excellent results (see video)
📌Very small scars are evident.
