
5-year-old girl with Myelomeningocele (spina bifida): severe equinovarus deformity of the feet (neurogenic clubfoot) that hinders the use of a brace and walking (a,b)
She underwent correction of the deformity with a minimally invasive technique.
Result at the end of the treatment (c,d): excellent correction, no visible scars. It is possible to resume the use of braces and walking.
The use of classic methods with extensive scars would instead expose to a further risk of stiffness and recurrence over time
