Congenital hip dislocation (DDH): femoral and pelvic osteotomy, capsulorrhaphy

A 5-year-old girl with left hip subluxation, resulting from congenital hip dislocation (DDH).

She underwent corrective surgery (femoral osteotomy, Salter pelvic osteotomy, capsulorrhaphy) at OrthoChildren Center.

Radiographic picture at age 7 (2 years after surgery): excellent hip centering and coverage.
