Post-traumatic cubitus varus (elbow varus): corrective surgery

8-year-old girl with post-traumatic cubitus varus (elbow varus) (a, b): a supracondylar fracture of the humerus that occurred a few years earlier had caused a varus deformity of the upper limb with consequent aesthetic and functional problems.

She underwent corrective surgery at OrthoChildren Center (corrective osteotomy with Kirschner wires, later removed), with excellent results (c, d)
