16-year-old boy with severe left valgus knee and limb length discrepancy (=shortening) of the left lower limb by 5 cm (a, b).
He underwent valgus correction and limb lengthening surgery with external fixator. Result of treatment (c, d): the pelvis is well aligned, the knee axis has been recovered.
