Orthopedic treatment of skeletal dysplasias requires experienced orthopedic centers that can distinguish between the various dysplasias and apply all the various surgical techniques based on the specific problem present:
- epiphysiodesis, osteotomies, progressive correction with external fixators, lengthening, etc.
